Yield and Overcome: The Energetic Cultivation of Softness
Yield and Overcome: The Energetic Cultivation of Softness

The Dao Te Ching says, "Yield and overcome.
It also says, "Softness and suppleness overcome hardness and strength."
And, "The softest in the world overcomes the strongest, just as a rider controls his galloping steed."
These, according to the Dao Te Ching, are universal principles. So how can they be applied to the delicious art of internal Energy Cultivation? It's pretty clear that for most of us the internal energy flow can become very rigid and unyielding. Our state of mind and the way in which we view the world can also become very rigid and unyielding. This blocks the flow of the Life Energy.
In this audio track I guide consciousness through some of the major energy centers in the body, allowing them to soften and open, thus releasing the block life energies there.
With a wish that all be healthy and happy,
Michael
